1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Egypt e-visa application service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide a visa application assistance service for Egypt tourist e-visas. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Egyptian government. We are an independent third-party service that:

  • Simplifies the visa application process
  • Reviews applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Submits applications to the Egyptian government
  • Provides customer support throughout the process

3. Fees and Payments

Our pricing includes both government fees and our service fee. The government fee is set by the Egyptian government and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. Our service fee covers application review, submission, and support services.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

4. Application Submission

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in your application. False or misleading information may result in visa denial and is grounds for immediate termination of service without refund.

We will:

  • Review your application for errors and completeness
  • Contact you if we identify issues that need to be corrected
  • Submit your application to the Egyptian government once it passes our review

We cannot guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests with the Egyptian government.

5. Processing Time

Standard processing time is 5-7 business days from the date of submission to the Egyptian government. This timeline is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to:

  • High volume of applications
  • Additional document requests
  • Government processing delays
  • Holidays or weekends

8. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for visa denials, travel disruptions, or any consequential damages resulting from visa application outcomes. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid (excluding government fees).

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by you, passport validity issues, or eligibility problems that should have been disclosed.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your travel date
  • Check your eligibility for Egypt e-visa before applying
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information
  • Check your email regularly for status updates

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
